The process of reserving a table is simple and the aesthetic interface makes the process easier. Once you select your choice of a restaurant to dine out at (you can choose by cuisine, locality or scene), you can simple select the date, time and no. of people you are dining out with and then pay a reservation fee of Rs.100 to reserve your table (or use free PoshVine Credits). Nothing else is required to be done. You simply arrive at the restaurant and mention your name to your usher – the 25% savings is discreetly applied on your entire bill of food and drink.

Why just luxury restaurants?

“At its very core, PoshVine is a real-time demand-supply management platform for businesses. We are focused on premium restaurants as this fits in very well with addressing the specific problems of utilization and loyalty for them. At the same time, PoshVine aspires to be the dining concierge for all aspiring affluents” explained Garima.

 


 

The USP and Reach

PoshVine offers insider access to premium restaurants. Currently, Poshvine has more than 85 restaurant partners in 3 cities. Next in line would be cities in India which have great gourmet delights which the discerning food-lover would love to explore, including cities like Lucknow and Pondicherry.

Striking Deals and Ringing the Cash Register

The deals are made mostly through consultative selling of their value proposition and how PoshVine ultimately helps premium restaurants attract the right profile of audience and build an experience for them.

For Fine Dining, the revenues come from reservation fees and referral fees and for ‘Select’ experiences, PoshVine works on a commission model with relevant businesses.
