Trisect- A software training institute that depends on your success for its own

One of the most critical feature by which you can judge a business is the faith they have in their own product. If you’re selling life jackets use them yourself and jump in the deepest ocean. If you are selling SUVs,drive one when you are travelling over the toughest terrains. But when it comes to software training, with hundreds of players both big and small inundating the market, how do you differentiate yourself. Trisect has found an innovative way to do this through their revenue model. The idea was born when Pragati Dhingra and Lokesh Gupta found a stark difference between what colleges demanded and what the industry demanded in terms of coding skills. Most students studying in colleges were taught a lot of syntax, and basic coding, with just introductions to the industry relevant content. As a result they entered the job market with very little hands on experience.

Trisect is a software engineering and computer training institute, that mainly targets IT graduates, who have completed college, yet lack the necessary skill-set to get their dream programming job. A group of IITians have come together to create a 3 month intensive program for young graduates, where they will cover core programming languages like Java, basic data structures, and RDBMS that would enable you to develop complex programs all by yourself.

The program has been designed to give students maximum hands on experience in industry specific coding. With a daily two hour session and an assignment after that, that takes around 8 hours to complete, the program is intensive in every sense of the word. “Our students come out having written literally tens of thousands of lines of efficient code, making them a perfect fit for any company looking for skilled IT graduates,” says Pragati.

But what makes them truly special is their USP-the revenue model. They don’t charge you when you join. They don’t charge you one month or two months later either.Long story short, they get twice the monthly salary you are offered. So if you don’t like the course and decide to drop, you don’t pay. If you don’t get a job after the course gets over, you don’t pay.

With a solid team of graduates from IIT, IIM and Sunstone Business School, who have decades of programming experience behind them and a very well structured and transparent course, Trisect has positioned themselves well in the industry. Currently a young company, they are working out of Noida, but plan to expand throughout the country once they have a solid scalable model. With thousands of IT graduates and an equally high number of jobs waiting to be filled, the demand for such institutes certainly seems to be going north. In the days to come how they grow while maintaining the same quality is something that will be interesting to watch.
