Poised to Perfection: ePoise - Your Story startup job fair gathers an overwhelming response

India’s biggest virtual job fair, jointly hosted by ePoise and Your Story from Oct 6th till Oct 18th witnessed an overwhelming response by both jobseekers as well as companies and registered over 350,673 views by 40,354 job seekers on the ePoise app. Hosted with the aim of getting the hottest jobs from the most sought after startups on the ePoise platform and letting the job seekers give ‘selfie interviews’ from their smart phone, the startup job fair connected thousands of job seekers with 273 start ups scouting for talent to fill 1229 positions. ePoise enabled these startups to evaluate and shortlist the candidates with minimal time and effort.

Leading startups such as Ola, Zomato, Limeroad, Justdial, Mobikwik, Bankbazaar, Redbus, OYO Rooms, Magzter, Policy Bazaar and Urban Ladder among others actively participated in the job fair. India’s leading startup hubs such as Nasscom 10K, Microsoft Ventures, T-Labs, 91Springboard and Zone Startup also endorsed this and their startups participated as well.

Many startups have been successful in scouting for talent on the ePoise app. Mayank Agarwal, Founding Director & CTO of Curefy, a next-gen healthcare services startup says, “ePoise is a great platform for screening candidates.
