Manmeet Sandhu - Head of HR, PhonePe

Ms. Manmeet Sandhu heads the HR function at PhonePe Pvt Ltd. She joined PhonePe in December 2018 after 9 years at Amazon. At PhonePe her focus has been to enable a long term sustainable organization through attention to culture, manager capability, inclusion and accelerated impact. She has worked in the HR space for the last 20 years across multiple countries and in areas such as compensation, diversity & inclusion and business partnering. Manmeet holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce and an MBA in HR from Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar.
