Mihir Jain

Mihir Jain is the Sales and Marketing Director at Insight Cosmetics, a leading brand in the cosmetics industry. He joined the family business in 2016, bringing a fresh perspective and a strong focus on growth. Insight Cosmetics, which was founded by his father, Dinesh Jain, in 1986 under the brand name VOV International, initially began as a small colour cosmetics manufacturing unit in Vasai, Mumbai, with just 10 workers and a limited distribution network within Mumbai. Mihir's leadership has been instrumental in the expansion of the brand, which now operates in over 20 states across India, with a presence in more than 12,000 retail and novelty stores. The brand has also made a significant impact in the e-commerce space, being present on over 12 online platforms.
