Honda CB350 range gets six new accessory kits, prices start at Rs 7,500
Currently, Honda is offering the accessories bundled together in kits and not as single units.
Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India have launched six new accessory kits for the CB350 range, prices for which start at Rs 7,500 and go up to Rs 22,200. Each of these kits have been tailored to meet different requirements. The new accessory kits are provided under Honda’s My CB, My Way’ initiative.
This is the first time that Honda is officially offering accessories for its CB350 range since the H’Ness was launched back in September 2020. Out of the six kits, four are offered for the H’Ness CB350 while two are offered with CB350 RS. All six kits contain a few common elements like fork gaiters and an engine sump guard.
CB350 RS kits: SUV and Cafe Racer
The range of accessory kits starts with the SUV package for the CB350 Rs which costs Rs 7,500. This kit comes with accessories including saddle stays, knuckle guards, rim stickers, and a small front visor to the table.
Besides the SUV package, CB350 RS also gets the option of a Cafe Racer kit that consists of a bunch of accessories including a stock single-piece seat, coloured wheel stripes, a headlamp cowl with a small flyscreen and a pillion seat cowl. This kit can be purchased for Rs 17,500.
H’Ness CB30 kits: Cafe Racer and Comfort
CB350 H’Ness also gets a similar Cafe Racer kit that comprises accessories like a headlight cowl with a visor, a new single seat with a pillion cowl, a body-coloured rear cowl, new graphics on the fuel tank, and stripes on the rims. Unlike traditional cafe racers, this package misses out on a pair of low-set clip-ons and instead gets a traditional single-piece handlebar, offering a comfortable riding posture.
In this package, the bike retains stock chrome elements such as mudguards, exhaust pipes and guard rails. This is the most expensive accessory kit in the CB350 range which costs Rs 22,200.
The next package offered for H’Ness is the Comfort kit which furnishes the bike with an equipment comprising a split-style seat with thicker cushioning, a pillion backrest, saddle stays on each side, a flyscreen, fork gaiters and new, wider footrests along with handguards. This kit will cost the buyer Rs 16,500.
H’Ness CB30 kits: Solo Carrier and Tourer
As the name suggests, the Solo Carrier comes with a tan brown, solo rider’s seat and a luggage mounting rack at the tail section. Other accessories in this kit include pinstripe on wheel rims, a small flyscreen up front and fork gaiters for the front suspension units. This package will set back a customer by Rs 16,200.
Honda City facelift launched at Rs 11.49 lakh; ADAS on non-hybrid variants too
The Tourer kit gets almost the same contents as the Comfort barring one element. Instead of a pillion backrest in the latter, the Tourer kit gets a luggage rack mount at the rear and the cost of this kit is slightly higher Rs 17,600. The Tourer kit also adds a small chrome embellishment on its side panel.
Inclusion of these accessory kits haven’t altered the mechanics of either of these bikes in any manner. Both CB350 RS and H’NEss CB350 are powered by a 348cc single-cylinder, air/oil-cooled engine that produces 20.78 bhp and 30 Nm of peak torque. This motor is mated to a five-speed gearbox.
