Founded around 20 years ago by Raj Kumar Nanda, Nature's Essence today is a behemoth in the cosmetic industry. In a conversation with SMBStory, Neelam Nanda, the wife of Raj Kumar Nanda and the present director, decodes the entire journey of the company. What started on a dining table at home is now a company with a pan-India distribution of its beauty products. At present, the company has four manufacturing units and employs around 1500 people.
